You will receive an email for approval before any extra charges are applied.
Shipping Method:
We offer UPS Ground shipping for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the UPS website.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If UPS Ground delivery is unavailable to your location, please contact us, and we will work to find a solution.
Delivery Issues:
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process it. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you.
