Meet Jess

The Heart
Behind the Movement

Mom, Wife, Therapist and Entrepreneur

Our Story

Jessica M. Tagle, is a Latina marriage and family therapist, healthcare administrator, and visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate their emotional journeys. Known for her clinical expertise and deep ability to connect, Jessica has dedicated her career to empowering others to live with intention, presence, and purpose.

A proud Miami native, wife, and mom of three, Jessica has always believed that healing starts with honesty and that joy is found not in the big wins, but in the middle moments we often overlook. In 2015, after a transformative session with a client, she envisioned what would become the Why Wait Till Friday movement, a mindset built on the simple, intentional practice of consistently choosing joy in everyday life.

That moment shifted everything. What started as a personal commitment became a way of living, and eventually, a movement. Jessica began documenting her own journey, embracing imperfection, and learning to show up for herself with intention and compassion. She stopped waiting for milestones or weekends to feel peace, and instead began to see the beauty in the present, the messy, quiet, ordinary middle.

From that shift came a daily practice: Find the Yellow, a visual cue and mindset reset to pause, breathe, and fuel your joy. Maybe it’s a yellow flower on the sidewalk, a sticky note, a t-shirt, or a rubber duck. Whatever form it takes, yellow is the reminder that joy is always available, even on the hard days, if we’re willing to notice it.

In 2023, after a raw and honest conversation with her longtime friend Jeni Vazquez, Jessica brought Why Wait Till Friday to life as more than just a mindset, but as a brand and a movement. Together, they created tools, products, content, and live experiences to help others reconnect with themselves, reclaim their joy, and live with more intention and purpose.

Today, Jessica continues to lead this work from the heart, blending real talk, therapeutic insight, and lived experience to help others stop postponing their joy and start living it right where they are. Because joy doesn’t live at the finish line, it lives in the middle.

And if you look closely… you’ll find the yellow. 💛
